Based on the previous version but extensively refined, the Outlaw Rampage Pro 2.0 improves durability, drivability and overall versatility. A newly developed V2 gear set at the heart of the drivetrain features revised materials and tooth module profiles that reduce drivetrain noise while significantly increasing durability. The radio tray has also been completely redesigned, allowing greater flexibility in ESC placement and offering additional mounting positions for T-plug connectors. Main chassis incorporates a high-rigidity resin bathtub frame for strength with easy maintenance. Paired with the radio tray, it forms a durable structure built to handle the punishment of hard off-road driving.

Inspired by 1970s–80s trophy trucks, the pre-cut body includes masking sheets to make painting simple, while the grille features separate black plastic parts that add a bold, aggressive touch to its appearance.

The rear roll cage and spare tire carrier add impressive scale realism. The mounted spare tire is fully functional, and changing the number carried can even be used to fine-tune the truck’s weight balance.

Aluminum oil shocks feature hard-anodized cases for durability and titanium-coated shafts for ultra-smooth action. Large-capacity aeration design with long stroke delivers excellent control and traction over rough terrain.

New offset rod ends on the steering wiper side prevent the tie rods from popping off under full suspension compression. The lower suspension arm shape has also been revised to avoid interference with the stabilizer rod ends.

Based on the original design, the knuckle arms and front hub carriers have been reinforced for increased durability. These parts are also compatible with the existing Outlaw Rampage Pro.

A redesigned rear stabilizer link increases breadth of tire compatibility. In addition to the standard 2.2 mm front and rear stabilizer bars, the kit includes 1.8 mm and 2.6 mm options for suspension tuning.

Revised materials and tooth profiles in the new V2 gears reduce drivetrain noise and improve durability with the same tooth count and modules. Color has been changed from black to grey.

The receiver has been moved into a protective case on the radio tray, making gyro gain adjustments easier for receivers with built-in gyros. Additional ESC mounting space at the rear with two battery connector holder positions allows broader compatibility with ESCs that have shorter motor wires.

New heat-resistant Teflon dust cover sits between the motor and motor mount, preventing dust drawn into the motor from entering the gearbox and damaging the gears.

This gear-driven 4WD chassis is based around a lightweight and tough monocoque frame, with power provided by the centrally-positioned motor. Sealed gearboxes protect from dust and debris and are integrated into the frame, while the built-in differential gears provide smooth cornering. This is reinforced by 4-wheel double wishbone suspension with CVA oil dampers and a two-piece tie rod steering setup with the servo on the left for excellent response. The Fighting Buggy was originally exported as the Super Champ in 1982 across the globe. For a limited time only, it is back as a special re-release celebrating 36-plus years after it originally made its debut in hobby stores.

Thickness of the high-rigidity A7075-T6 aluminum main chassis has been reduced from 2.5mm to 2.0mm for lighter weight. Increased chassis flex also contributes to improved grip.

Centre bulkhead (gearbox) is positioned 7mm further forward compared to the Lazer ZX7, rebalancing front-to-rear weight distribution for improved traction and stability. It is equipped with a geared center differential, with an optional slipper clutch conversion available.

Steering servo stay changed to a one-piece aluminum design. Floating servo mount layout minimizes the effect on chassis flex for smoother steering characteristics.

Includes new aluminum big bore oil shocks with φ13mm pistons as standard. Resin damper caps improve speed over surface gaps and recovery from changes in posture for improved driving stability.

The newly designed body positions the cabin near the rear in traditional racing buggy style to create fresh impressions with new drivers and a sense of nostalgia for those with more years behind the controls.

The driver figure used to be standard in Kyosho R/C buggies in earlier times and has been revived in this model to increase the sense of realism. The driver figure can also be attached to the 2WD Dirt Master. Polycarbonate gear cover protects the spur and pinion gear when driving on surfaces with gravel and stones. The gear cover can be easily attached and detached with screws.

Compatible with most mainstream R/C car batteries available. The battery is secured with a hook-and-loop fastener belt, so various battery sizes and shapes can be secured in place.

Key components of the Turbo Optima chassis have been redesigned to meet the demands of modern racing conditions and power sources, and share DNA with the Optima and Javelin. The new Turbo Optima is not simply a reproduction of the original and includes gold anodized parts that were optional upgrades on the original, gold shocks with dial adjustment of chassis height and new modern block pattern tires. Higher specs and design features deliver modern performance standards and visual impact that captures the magic of the original. - While a faithful reproduction the original Turbo Optima, each key performance component has been revised for compatibility with modern power sources.
- 4WD belt drive. Pulley for chain is also included in the kit so purchase of an optional chain can change the drive system.
- Equipped with FRP radio plate that is compatible with major brand ESC’s (speed controllers).
- Three toe angle settings ( 0°, 1°, 2°) can be used by inserting resin bushes into the rear hub carrier.

Nylon pipe frame and aluminum rooftop form a high strength roll cage body structure. Includes large bumper similar to the original design as well as a mini bumper suitable for racing.

New large size wing and wing stay is made from reinforced nylon material. The original Javelin wing was mounted on the roll cage directly. The new wing stay is now separate from the roll cage adding more durability and the wing is fixed with body clips for easier maintenance. The wing mounting position is the same as the Scorpion series allowing installation of the smaller wing used for the Scorpion onto the new Javelin.

Two drive system selections: chain drive or belt drive.

The gearbox is equipped with a slipper clutch to protect the drive system from sudden load changes such as jump landings. It can respond to various road conditions with simple adjustments.

Main chassis, shock stay and plates are made from 6061T6 aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and increased strength. Countersunk flat head and tapping screws realize flush finish and reduce the number of nuts used.

While faithfully replicating the original 1986 design, the oil shocks on the new version lift performance potential with stainless steel shafts on front and rear and aluminum cylinders with outer diameter increased from φ10 mm to φ12 mm.

Shock resistant nylon double wishbone suspension with long stroke delivers superior durability and running stability in combination with the increased bore of the oil shocks.

Replace resin bushes on the rear hub carriers to chose from three different toe angles (0°, 1°, 2°). Aluminum hexagonal wheel hubs can be fixed with set screws.

While staying true to the Javelin’s original design, tires feature more pins and a revised compound to ensure increased grip. Includes lightweight chrome dish-type wheels.

  The Javelin’s design concept was to create “A machine that redefines what it means to be the best”. After more than 30 years since the original release in 1986, this electric off-road competition model has been recreated as the sixth model in the Kyosho Vintage Series. Incorporating a resin pipe-frame body resembling the innovative aluminum pipe frame body of the 1/8 scale Land Jump engine powered buggy, the new Javelin features the proven performance of double wishbone suspension with a narrow backbone-style skid frame that delivers ideal geometry for wide-angled steering. This combines with the Javelin’s superior sealed compartment 4WD chain-drive system to produce excellent performance and durability. As the 5th model to make its return as part of the vintage series, the ever-popular Scorpion released in 1982 was relaunched 2 years ago and has undergone a detailed overhaul to match modern performance with retro styling. The new Turbo Scorpion remains true to the essence of the unique Scorpion design throughout, but features Scorpion-style wheels in the larger 2.2 inch modern standard wheels for improved off-road performance. In addition, 12mm oil shocks based on the Optima deliver rock-solid running stability and excellent damping characteristics that work in combination with high-grip front and rear tires with a 20mm wider front tread and 10mm longer wheelbase than the original Scorpion to realize improved control and handling performance. Externally it may look like the original Beetle with its semi-trailing suspension arms, but the advanced 6061T6 forged aluminum material delivers futuristic levels of strength, rigidity and durability. Following the original design, the Beetle 2014 features a new two-piece die-cast aluminum gearbox with differential gears.
In addition, the included slipper clutch protects the transmission as well as delivers efficient traction that takes the Beetle’s control feel and durability to a new higher level. Precision 48 pitch gears reduce traction pulsation for direct driving control characteristics while the flat under surface of the countersunk chassis has no protruding screw heads for minimal contact resistance and scraping, resulting in higher durability. Stainless shafts combine with aluminum shock bodies on the oil shocks for smooth stroke from top to bottom and running performance worthy of a true racing buggy.
