Groups we plan to run (Race Meetings)

- 1/14 Tamiya Euro Trucks (Current Local Brushed Spec only)

- TT Cup (Tamiya TT01 & TT02) 1/10 Car Brushed Group & Brushless Group

- 1/10 MTC 'Mini' M-chassis (Any M-series spec) FWD or RWD (4WD to be in separate scoring) Max Wheelbase Length 239mm

- 1/16 & 1/18th Off Road (Any Drive Format - Short course, Truck, Buggy etc) Any spec

- 1/10 Buggy (Any Motor) 2wd Group and 4wd Group

- 1/12 Mini & GT12 Pan Cars (RWD) Grouped individually (May run with 1/10 Tamiya M-chassis at times)

- Proposed Oval - 1/10 Nascar and Indi F1 (TBC if we have space)

- M-chassis Rally Cross (1/10 WB 229mm or smaller (such as Arbarth, Escort or Mini - Includes smaller classes such as 1/24th Micro Rally.

M-Chassis Rally Cross

Our team of RC lovers have banded together and have proposed to support a full rally cross race course to race 2wd/4wd Tamiya M-Chassis Cars.

Sand Pit - Play Time

For adults and kids, we plan to have an RC Digger Play Pit for you to use the provided RC vehicles or bring your own.

Tamiya Hauler Trucks - Play Time

We invite you to bring your rig and show off its talents on the raceway. Play with others and submerse yourself in Trucker events held throughout the year.

Costs and Subscriptions

Prices to be confirmed

Gold Member - access 24/7 (includes any race fee's) - Limited to 50 Members. Gives near full access to everything all year round at no extra cost. (Only additional costs are to join third party events)

Silver Member - access during shop opening hours or with a Gold member (includes Frosty Held Races Fee's - Third party events not included)

Bronze Member - access during shop opening hours or with a Gold member (No Race Fee's Included - Additional Cost)

Day Rate - Available during Store Open hours or with a Gold Member for a up to a full day.

Hour Rate - Available during Store Open hours or with a Gold Member for a up to a 1 full hour. Additional hours half the price.

Charging Batteries - Due to the price of electricity no charging is permitted during Day or Hour Rate. Lipo's must be charged inside a charge bag and be hard cased. Only UK sourced Lipos with a CE mark is insured to use indoors.

Day/Hour Rate: We can charge the batteries for you at a cost of £2.50 per battery. This can also include a battery cycle and condition test for free.

Gold, Silver and Bronze Members - Are advised to charge batteries prior to entry, however are allowed to recharge for top ups for continuous runs only. Or for charging handsets, powering dischargers or lamps etc.

Events - Charging is covered on events and race meetings.

Track Hire - Hiring the track will give you 100% access for the time paid/allocated. Gold members can book up to 2 hour time slots dedicated for their own needs (excluded times may apply).

Third Party Exclusive Track Hire - This will book the track for an entire day. Giving way to anyone the event organizers wishes, as long as BRCA rules and track rules are adhered too.

Rules

We will fully adopt the BRCA rulebook.

Additionally to a 3 strike rule.

Strike 1 - Verbally asked to stick to the rule ignored.

Strike 2 - Written Notification will be issues and you will be asked to come forth to the committee to explain why the rules continued to be broken.

Strike 3 - You will be asked not to attend for a period set out on the meeting of strike 2. This may include no refund of membership*

Remember - Racing can be dangerous. If you are driving beyond your limits, you will be asked to slow down.

This is a members only club. All entrees will need to sign the waver form and watch the briefing video before allowed onto the Race Track.

Points System

It is proposed all users start as F3 (Beginner) and work their way up the computer score system to F1 (Pro)

F3 - Starter

F2 - Progressive user

F1 - Pro

This scale will work up and down as the users either progress or underperform.

An F1 driver may be moved down to F2 only due to there being too many drivers in F1 that are faster. We may increase the range of F's as required to allow drivers to progress up the scale.
