JConcepts - Razor 1/8th Buggy / Truck Wing - Black - JC2998B

Adding to the latest trend of 1/8th off-road wing performance, JConcepts presents the Razor wing to an already successful line of Aero products. For the IFMAR Worlds, JConcepts dug in to the arsenal to produce a combination wing including elements first rising to prominence with polycarbonate wings. The use of a single vertical direction side-dam is incorporated into the base wing feature to provide a little freedom during highspeed turning and 180-degree corners.

As with all JConcepts wings, the side-dams are recessed for decal placement and increased rigidness. The leading edge of the dams are angled, providing that exclusive JConcepts look to slide through the air with ease. The base of the wing has multiple heights, the center section allows the wing to sit lower on the vehicle. On each side of the lowered section, tall center dividers channel the vehicle and helps maintain stability. Added for continuity, the fangs are built in several locations mimicking the 1/10th carpet | turf off-road wings.

A very tall rear dam transitions twice to improve forward grip to feel very comfortable in choppy and loose conditions. Underneath, the wing has a performance core with center fin and light-weight pocketing to reduce the overall weight. It’s common for racers to add holes to the back of the wing with hand trimming and tuning. The Razor wing has pre-marked locations to allow the opening of the rear dam to allow more wind flow and air to escape during jumping.

A grid is positioned and molded into the design to allow the racer to mount squarely and accurately to just about any 1/8th off-road vehicle. The JConcepts team builds, tests, and travels the world to support the brand and gather valuable driver feedback in search of the best appearing and performance items on the market. The product is designed in the U.S.A. and always backed by JConcepts customer service, supported, and developed by professionals with style and authenticity. Look for reputable dealers and distributors and demand authentic and licensed products – choose JConcepts.

At the races, Dakotah Phend won the 1/8th buggy and truck classes during the recent Alabama Manufacturers Shootout with the new Razor wing. Racers reported having more overall pace on the track while being able to navigate the small radius corners more easily and tracking ability headed toward obstacles.
