True to the Hobby Plus brand, we have given the Speck B platform value and versatility. We recognized that both bashers and racers need to be satisfied, which inspired us to incorporate dozens of features into the platform. Key features include a versatile battery compartment with common battery connectors, quick-adjust threaded/oil-filled long-stroke shock absorbers, a rugged metal and plastic hybrid transmission with a sealed 3-gear differential, and a fully shock-proof design.
Another aspect of the Speck-B is its ability to transform into whatever you want it to be. The included ESC/receiver can be quickly converted to a pure receiver to turn the model into a brushless model without a new receiver or transmitter. Simply install your own ESC and motor, and you're ready to go. Thanks to the included versatile motor plate design, the model can be powered by anything from the included 030 brushed motor to a 050 brushed motor or a 1626 brushless motor. Power is transmitted via a fully ball-bearing drivetrain with Mod.5 pitch gears. With all this power available, you'll certainly need some tuning options, and that's exactly what we've provided. Adjustable roll centers, adjustable weight distribution with integrated optional chassis weights or a choice of ESC position, fully adjustable shock absorbers, and a sealed gear differential allow you to tune the vehicle to your liking.

A splint-free body design allows easy access to the battery, making it easy to charge and replace. If you want to use different tires/wheels, we have thought of every detail and opted for the industry standard 7 mm hexagon/25 mm rim diameter.
