From AEROX are these extremely handy Self Adhesive Body Washers.

With modern racing bodies getting thinner and thinner to aid performance, the body post holes are very vulnerable to damage. These body washers are used to reinforce the area around the hole to make your bodies last longer.

They can guarantee optimal body alignment, correcting any mounting inaccuracies and accommodating necessary adjustments for hole widening.

From Mon-Tech Racing comes their latest 1/12th LMP12 bodyshell, the MT21. Developed using the basis of their multiple World championship winning M20, following months of extensive testing they arrived at the new MT21, faster and better performance. Providing excellent cornering with greater traction and stability, the body is available in two versions, standard and ‘La Leggera’ (Lightweight).

With the DRAKSTER body shell, ZooRacing finally enters the high competitive 1:12 racing class. This LMP body shell received a groundbreaking new design to reach a new level of high performance.

Ultra downforce and efficient airflow allow ultra-sharp cornering and direction changes. At the same time the rear is planted on the track. This creates an easy to drive and super fluent handling on all types of tracks.

To create this fast body, ZooRacing re-developed all areas from the front to the rear. Starting with a true front splitter, narrow and aerodynamic efficient front wheelhouses and its optimized sleek air outtakes, followed by the advanced cab forward design and the efficient rear spoiler. The body is very low, according to the latest generation of 1:12 pan car designs.

The whole surface of the DRAKSTER is smooth and without any sharp corners, what could create unwanted turbulences. This keeps the body very efficient and stable in any racing situation.

The key design is the side section, which lifts the air alongside the body up to the top, to the rear and straight to the rear spoiler. It not only makes the car faster on straight lines, it also produces much more downforce, which lets your car drive on rails through the corners.

Another invention is the innovative side dam design. The side dams have a vertical wing profile. This design improves the airflow of the air on top of the body towards the rear spoiler.

But there are also other aspects for a body in the 1:12 class - a strong structure. All of the aerodynamic is useless, if the body deforms while driving. Especially when using thin material for lightweight bodies. The DRAKSTER has a very strong structure on key areas. The sides are structured and the top of the body combines aerodynamics and stiffness. This allows ZooRacing to create a super lightweight and ultra strong 1:12 body, that stays in shape under all speeds.

Last but not least the DRAKSTER has the ZooRacing signature wheel cutting lines and also lines for body mount holes to make body mounting a breeze.

The DRAKSTER follows the IFMAR and EFRA rules and already passed the EFRA homologation and will be on the list soon.

The ZooDiac GT body shell for 190mm touring cars is ZooRacings latest high performance 1/10th scale on-road body shell and our first go on the popular GT market. The goal was to create a stylish yet efficient body with advanced aerodynamics while still offering a somewhat scale look to ensure the body meets all current GT/USGT class rules. We first started with a low-slung silhouette to which we added sculptured fender sections that give plenty of room, even for larger GT class tyres, while the low-profile front hood section optimizes the airflow around the fenders and towards the huge windscreen. The latter is designed to offer a slight cab forward design for best possible airflow towards the rear trunk section and rear wing. 

Going towards the rear of the car, the newly designed side pods not only add to the overall structure of the body, they also look cool and help to balance the overall downforce by offering a slight upwards sweep. The somewhat simple rear trunk lid design helps with undisturbed airflow towards the rear wing, that was designed to meet all GT class rules. The wing is moulded with two cut lines, a standard 10mm section and a taller “outlaw” marking for increased downforce. 

Overall the body’s shape ensures the lowest possible centre of gravity for increased corner speeds, especially on high-bite surfaces, as well as great high straight-line top speed, even with low-power 17.5T motors – all while offering easy handling characteristics with very balanced front-to-rear grip.

The ZooDiac was designed to offer all of ZooRacings class-leading features such as the ability to shift the body forth and back by a total of 8mm in order to fine-tune the cars balance. The body, designed using the latest CAD techniques, also features a 100mm grid for the rear body mounts, ensuring highly precise body placement and mounting.

The ZooDiac 190mm body shell comes moulded from high-quality 0.7mm polycarbonate for a low weight of only 75g. Part of the package are also the revolutionary 2-step window masks in a new more flexible and stickier quality that will ensure window frames of Pro quality. In a first step all windows are masked using the Step 1 masks. After the painting of the body is completed, the masks will be removed and replaced by the slightly smaller Step 2 masks that leave the window frames exposed and ready to be painted in your favourite colour. The result is highly precise without the need to pre-cut or in-body-cut the window masks, ensuring greater satisfaction and less chances of creating predetermined breaking points. The body package is rounded out by high-quality wing mounting hardware and a highly detailed sticker sheet including grill, head and tail lights.

The New Era of RC Racing – Hypercar Class

The first thing that comes to your mind? BWOAH!

ZooRacing is known for creating extraordinary things. BWOAH is meant to fit into this realm as well. The transition between GT and LMH bodies is smooth – BWOAH captures that perfectly. The wheel arches offer enough space to also fit the GT tires with a large diameter. The super slim cabin plays into the overall wide and flat look of the body. You’ll find two cutting lines for the rear wing – a 10mm high version that’ll apply to the USGT regulations as well as a higher “Outlaw” option for maximum downforce. To have the best results even with the lower wing, you can cut the wing longer in the front and place it more backwards on the body – that way you’ll always have the perfect size! The whole design of BWOAH uses the lowest possible center of gravity and generates maximum corner speed with that, especially on tracks with lot of grip. The GT classes with less strong motors have been put into consideration as well. The whole air resistance is as low as possible, to create a high topspeed on the straightaway. The clearance makes allowances for the widespread Tamiya TT-01 and TT-02 models. The design has been adjusted for those, so BWOAH even fits with the high shock towers. With the especially low models such as Tamiya TC-01 or an Awesomatix, the design uses all its advantages. For a stable and safe use on the track the body already offers many anti-tuck features: the structures side parts as well as the rigid ribs on the rear offer high stability when the car behind comes to close. The BWOAH 190mm body shell comes moulded from high-quality 0.7mm polycarbonate for a low weight of only 75g. The shell comes in ABS plastic and is ready paint and cut out.
