MIP is no stranger to solving problems. This kit will not compromise the integrity or appearance of your vehicle. It is a direct bolt-on kit, with no modifications needed for both 2015 Monster Beetle and 2016 Blackfoot. It was designed to work with Tamiya's brand-new universal pin drive axle, giving you the option of installing brushless motors without fear of destroying the stock gear differential or extremely expensive vintage ball differential. The ability to add different grease viscosity for tuning and no fear of slipping will bring the Blackfoot into the 21st Century without losing that old-school 1980's feel.

With a height of 48mm and a width of 98mm these stands are suitable for all 1/10th and 1/8th On Road cars and also 1/10th Off Road with some set up's. 

Supplied with self applied foam strips to stop the car moving about.

Doubles up as a handy shock stand. 

Contact K foam has the potential to offer the lowest outright lap time of any of our foam tyre types. It is particularly good on European tracks when the grip is high or when used on CRC black carpets in America.

K foam is a very durable tyre when used in the correct, high grip conditions. If used in lower grip, it may have less performance than T foam.

Give your Sanwa MT44 a fresh and cool MR33 look with this new radio skin. The skin will not only look amazing on your MT44, it also protects your radio from scratches and dust during its lifetime! The MR33 radio skins are easy to apply and can be quickly removed from the radio as well.

The JW2 tyres benefit from a new stiffer wheel material. In testing this has given a more stable and consistent car, improving corner speed in the really challenging PRO 10 modified class.

The tyres are available in our control purple and lilac stripe as well as the popular shore hardnesses.

Introducing an alternative version of the popular T35 1/12th Tyres from Contact RC.

These tyres are mounted on a stiffer rim which is more suitable for higher traction conditions.

It gives a more precise feeling to the car and can lead to faster lap times.

In addition to the rim stiffness we have also reduced the diameter of the tyres to be more useable straight from the box.

Less time on the tyre truing machine is a win win for the majority of 1/12th drivers !

Fresh out of the development lab, the Hawaii tyres are the latest tyre for 1/8th buggy racing made on our successful Sahara carcass. This kind of pattern is successful due to a smaller tread package for smoother track conditions.  It gives consistent racing and high-end performance.
The design revolves around the medium sized centre structure. The lugs have strategically placed cuts and grooves to allow flex in dusty conditions. The outer portion of the tread fits together like blocks, but also work together to flex laterally to provide a great side-bite.

Contact RC has put in a great deal of development time to provide the best tyre balance and traction. With help from our drivers Ben Harding, World Champion in the Stock oval class and 2013 BRCA GT12 Champion Chris Ashton.

Banana plug-in quick-swap design

The motor comes factory soldered with high quality 3.5mm banana plug for easy access swap to different motors. 3.5mm male head is also included in the XD10 ESC.

New stator designed for drift applications

The new motor stator is optimized for drift and improves motor efficiency in drift applications. Built-in with high-precision sensors board, combined with drift-specific fan rotors, providing excellent motor linearity and drivability while greatly improves motor efficiency.

Light weight

The 10.5T motor weighs approximately at 158g while the 13.5T is at 165g (including 3 gold insert weights). The lightweight motor allows user to easily tweak their weight bias on their car.

One of the best vehicles from the late 1980’s and early 1990’s remains the Ford F-250 pick-up truck. The brick nose, popular to current day, served as a cross-over from complete square body designs into a new era of truck looks and detail. The single cab truck shell is “Built Ford Tough” and aims at a market that garners a look, fit, and finish to tackle rough terrain.

The passion at the JConcepts factory for early model trucks runs very deep. When called upon, the design team steps up to the plate with licensed designs, clever takes, and innovative approaches to the Golden era of pick-up trucks. The 1989 Ford F-150 for scale RC trucks is a bit new but carries a tradition of classic looks while maintaining performance. The 12.3” wheelbase body shell fits a large assortment of vehicles on the market to satisfy a genre.

After trial and testing, the design team presents a “tucked” 1989 Ford for maximum front and rear tire clearance and articulation. Performance does not stop there as a slim front and rear section slides or “tucks” through tight quarters making it possible to conquer tough or enclosed trailing course sections. With plenty of mounting space on the hood and bed, along with large wheel well openings, the body is perfect for class 2 competitions or general low-stance crawling.

The combined design with brick-nose front-end, chisel-side panels and single cab construction has all the foundation of a hardworking pick-up truck. Recessed front windshield and side-windows create a solid upper section to withstand roll-overs and descending incidents found on the trail. The long-bed area has a strong ledge all the way around to mount an assortment of accessories (not included).

Finish off the 1989 body shell with included decals for grille, headlights, and rear tailgate panel. Also included with the clear body is window mask and instruction sheet and as always, everything is backed with JConcepts customer support and racing heritage.

Notes from the team –

JConcepts offers a rollbar and roof rack which fits this body which is available on Shapeways. A retro styled bar with vertical double tube and horizontal flat and angle tube takes the look to another level. In addition, a rack can be added for more trail looks with mock rectangle lights that can mount to the bar or rack enabling several different looks for the scale truck enthusiast.
