Progress. You asked and you shall receive. Here at Element RC, we strive to bring you products that you want. This time, we went above and beyond to bring you a complete competition rock crawling kit, the Enduro Comp Fox.

This kit is aimed towards the serious competitive RC crawler and comes packed full of features to progress you through each gate. The lightweight flat rail carbon fiber chassis, held together with machined aluminium braces, is strong, yet light enough to help keep the center of gravity down low. With plenty of shock and link mounting positions, there are endless increments of suspension tuning options available.

Just like any good comp rig, the Comp Fox comes designed with an 8º angled Delrin® skid plate to help get over those difficult breakovers and prevent high centering.

At the center of the Comp Fox is our tried-and-true Stealth X(R) transmission with overdrive gears and forward bias aluminium motor mount. This places the weight of the motor over the front axles for the ideal targeted 60/40 weight balance.

To help maximize clearance, the Enduro Comp Fox comes with a newly designed set of high-clearance portal axles that include all-metal gears and ball bearings. With almost an inch more clearance than our standard straight axles, you know this rig means business.

We didn’t stop there. We also included some Factory Team hopups like steel pivot balls, high-clearance links, and threaded aluminium shocks to make the Enduro Comp Fox a fierce competitor on the rocks.

Chassis Features

• Servo-On-Axle Steering: Servo-on-axle steering provides better performance while keeping the vehicle’s center of gravity low.
• Carbon Fibre Flat Rail Chassis: The routed carbon fiber flat rail chassis, together with the aluminium chassis braces, is lightweight, rigid, strong, and provides plenty of suspension tuning options.
• Faactory Team Shocks: With almost an inch of center axle clearance over standard straight axles, getting over tough obstacles is a breeze.
• Steel Pivot Balls: Steel pivot balls are strong, reliable, resistant to abrasion and friction wear while allowing the suspension to articulate smoothly even under extreme conditions.
• Delrin® Angled Skid: Machined from a solid low-friction Delrin® block, the lower skid plate is angled 7 degrees while keeping the transmission flat for more rear ground clearance and better breakover transitions.
• Forward Bias Motor Mount: The two-piece aluminium motor mount flips the motor forward and low for more frontend weight bias while keeping the center of gravity as low as possible.
• Portal Axles: When it comes to rock crawling, ground clearance is crucial. That’s why the Enduro Comp Fox competition rock crawler kit includes our all-new high-clearance portal axles. With almost an inch of added center axle clearance over standard straight axles, getting over tough obstacles is a breeze. To battle the massive amount of torque inherent with portal axles, we not only utilized metal gears throughout, but also use six screws to hold the portal gear boxes tight. That many screws ensures a stronger portal box and less chance of gears pulling apart under heavy loads.

Included is our performance proven Stealth® X transmission that features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio. In the box you get the standard 5.7% and 11.83% gear options. Paired with our all-new portal axles with zero percent underdrive, this is the perfect mild setup for the average crawler.

If even more underdrive in the rear is desired, an optional 12/23 tooth gear set (EL42372) is available separately for an additional 36% overdrive from axle-to-axle alone!

These axles are a direct replacement for most 1:10 scale crawlers and trail trucks.

Stealth X® Transmissin: Our transmission features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio independently of the front drive in 3 levels: stock overdrives the front 5.7%, option 1 (not included) is a one-to-one drive ratio and option 2 overdrives the front 11.83%.

Trailing Arm Rear Suspension: At the heart of the Gatekeeper Suspension are the rear trailing arms. This design moves the shocks forward, thus improving weight bias. Because the shock mounting points are farther forward on the lower links and chassis, this allows for a larger window for shock tuning and an optimized anti-roll bar mounting position.

Shock Mount Inserts: GKS shock mount inserts provide drivers with the ability to tune shock angle, droop, and vehicle ride height without affecting spring preload.

Rear Anti-Roll Bar: The rear anti-roll bar helps keep the rear suspension stable while driving over rough terrain and improves climbability on steep inclines or side hills.

Reedy Power Crawler Motor: The Reedy Power 5-slot 14-turn brushed 550 crawler motor provides ample torque with a smooth power delivery. This allows for slow precise acceleration while maintaining consistent power ver rough terrain and obstacles.

Flysky 2-in-1 ESC/Receiver Unit: This RTR comes equipped with a Flysky 2-in-1 brushed electronic speed control (ESC) and receiver unit with built-in LED lighting controller.

Independent Front Suspension V2: The new IFS2 has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is officially licensed by Camburg. With zero bump steer, increased suspension travel, linear slider steering rack, improved ground clearance and approach angles on front arms and skid plates, the IFS2 is a huge improvement in both performance and scale looks.

At the heart of the Enduro is our revolutionary Stealth® X gearbox. Although the exterior appears to have a conventional 3-gear transmission look, the inside is far from conventional. The Stealth® X features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio independently of the front drive across three levels: stock overdrives the front end 5.7% (installed in RTR), option 1 provides a one-to-one drive ratio front-to-rear (available separately), and option 2 overdrives the front end 11.83% (included with RTR).

Feeding the power to the tires are 3-piece telescopic driveshafts with an extruded aluminum center section, universal front drive axles, and hardened steel ring and pinion gears. With the Enduro drivetrain, delivering useful power will not be an issue.

We relocated the steering link assembly from the conventional location to behind the axle (BTA). This feature greatly improves approach angle and front-end clearance, making rough terrain much easier to handle.

The Enduro Trail Truck with Sendero body comes ready for adventure right out of the box, with performance-driven Reedy Power electronics. The ultra-smooth and powerful 16-turn, 5-slot brushed crawler motor and Reedy Power SC480X electronic speed controller with T-plug connector supply ample power to this tough rig. Controlling the beast on the trail is our 3-channel XP130 2.4GHz radio and Reedy Power high-torque 1320MG metal-gear servo.

INTEGRATED SERVO WINCH MOUNT: Mounting a winch directly to the chassis is the strongest and most reliable spot on any trail rig. Positioned alongside the steering servo for overall chassis balance and weight distribution.

THREADED ALUMINUM SHOCK BODIES: Threaded aluminum and fluid-filled, these shocks keep the vehicle stable on the trail and retain oil even in the roughest terrain.

REEDY POWER CRAWLER MOTOR: The Reedy Power 5-slot 16-turn brushed crawler motor provides ample torque with a smooth power delivery. This allows for slow precise acceleration while maintaining consistent power over rough terrain and obstacles.

REEDY POWER ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER (ESC): The water resistant SC480X brushed ESC is specifically programmed for crawling with proportional forward/reverse, dual auxiliary power output leads, LiPo low-voltage cutoff protections, and T-plug connector.

RADIO and SERVO: The XP130, 2.4GHz, 3-channel radio, and receiver, together with a 1320MG (metal gear) water-resistant servo pushing out 173 oz-in (12.5kg-cm) of torque at 6V is the perfect setup for keeping the Enduro under control on the trail.

Body Features

ALL IN THE DETAILS. No trail truck would be complete without a detailed and realistic looking body. The Sendero HD Black Trail Truck is just that with inspired styling from the 1980s and 1990s.

The Sendero HD Black comes equipped with a high-strength polycarbonate body that has been pre-painted with a Scratch-and-Weather matte black finish. With this never-before-seen RTR finish, you can either leave it and let nature take its course on the rocks, or weather the body to suit your desired look.

The Sendero HD was designed for both looks and function, featuring a cab-only design with molded utility bed for cargo, injection-molded compact bumper, windshield wipers, folding mirrors, updated sliders, and front grill with working LEDs.

The Sendero HD's pivoting side mirror design reduces the risk of losing mirrors while on the trail. The updated sliders cradle the body to protect it when crawling over rocks. Drive your rig with confidence knowing it can handle navigating through tight technical rock features.

Knight(R) Customs

James Knight, the founder of Knight Customs, has been passionate about radio-controlled models since the age of 9 when he first discovered hobby-grade models. He quickly became fascinated with the miniature scale details and performance that go hand-in-hand with the hobby. James' passion is driven by the fact that there is something magical about building a model that moves and looks exactly like a real, full-size vehicle.

James has a passion for collecting many of the vintage RCs from the 80s and 90s, in addition to modern scale crawlers. His collection features everything from an original RC10 to modern-day trail trucks and crawlers.

James founded Knight Customs in 2013 to take advantage of the proliferation of 3D printing technology and bring his designs to the masses. Knight Customs is pioneering the use of 3D printing to bring products to market that have not been possible with traditional manufacturing techniques. In recent years, Knight Customs has been able to collaborate with many of the leading brands in the RC industry. What makes this transmission different from others is the ability to adjust the front and rear drive ratios independently across three different levels. Out of the box, the Stealth(R) X comes pre-installed with the 5.7% overdrive gears. As an added bonus, the 11.83% overdrive gears are included, but not installed. Available separately are a one-to-one ratio option for those who wish to drive the front and rear equally.

Steering rack: The included aluminum swing rack and steering plates give the IFS suspension a precise, solid feel.

Suspension: Durable injection-molded upper and lower suspension arms with optimized ball cups provide maximum suspension articulation along with modern off-road vehicle suspension scale looks.

Steering blocks: 100% compatible with steering blocks from previous Enduro chassis and allows up to 45deg. of steering.

Threaded aluminum shock bodies: Threaded aluminum and fluid-filled, these shocks keep the vehicle stable on the trail and retain fluid even in the roughest terrain.

Independent front suspension:With durability, performance, agility and scale looks in mind, the engineers at Area 51 Design Works came up with the Independent Front Suspension conversion kit. Now you can get that same kit in an RTR vehicle. Pre-assembled with the same quality and features, this trail truck comes equipped with IFS and is scale ready to tackle rough off-road terrain right out of the box.

Electronics

Like all other Element RC vehicles, the Knightrunner comes fully equipped with performance-driven Reedy Power electronics. The Reedy SC480X ESC with T-plug connector and 16-turn 5-slot brushed motor combo deliver ultra-smooth power to the wheels. Guiding the Knightrunner on trail are the XP130 3-channel 2.4GHz radio and high-torque, metal-gear 1320MG Reedy servo.

The forward-biased motor mount is designed to keep the weight over the front tires for better grip when climbing out on the rocks.

Don't let the small size fool you, the Enduro12 chassis is jam-packed with tons of features you'll be glad to have out on the trail. At the heart is a 3-gear transmission with a 13.98:1 ratio and integrated motor mount. The forward-biased motor mount is designed to keep the weight over the front tires for better grip when climbing out on the rocks.

Feeding the power to the tires are a pair of low-friction slider-type driveshafts, metal front CVA drive axles, and metal ring and pinion gears. With the Enduro12 drivetrain, delivering useful power and torque will not be an issue.

Utilizing a 4-link suspension design with metal pivot balls in the front and rear allows for the use of a Servo On Axle (SOA) steering setup. This, paired with metal steering links and pivot balls, allows for precise and direct control over the roughest terrain.

The Enduro12 Trail Truck comes ready for adventure right out of the box, with performance-driven electronics. The small but powerful MT380 Reedy Power motor supplies smooth and reliable power to the drive train. The Flysky 2-in-1 brushed electronic speed control (ESC) and receiver unit has a built-in LED lighting controller. Together with the 2.4GHz Flysky transmitter and Reedy Power servo, control will not be an issue when tackling the rocks.
